As a Children’s Holiday Camp Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing the safety, well-being, and engagement of children throughout the duration of the program. I supervise and lead a team of staff, ensuring they provide fun, educational, and safe activities for children. Creating a positive, inclusive environment where children feel supported and encouraged to participate in a variety of recreational, creative, and outdoor activities. I manage behavior, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to camp policies and safeguarding protocols. I communicate regularly with parents and management, providing updates and addressing any concerns. I demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills, fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes personal growth, teamwork, and a memorable holiday experience for all participants.

As an Event Waitress, I am responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service at various events, including race days, sports matches, and private parties. Duties include greeting and assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout the event. I ensure cleanliness and organisation of service areas, set up tables and stations, and assist with event breakdown when needed. Maintaining a positive and attentive attitude, adapting to the fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. I work closely with event coordinators and fellow staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

My role was to safeguard children from any threat and ensure my safeguarding was up to date. I provided children with enriching experiences through games and exercises. I worked with children varying in age from 4 - 11 years old and provided experiences that suited all ages. I worked with SEN children who required additional attention as well as within a HAF pod.
