In my position at Pearse brand group I fulfil various roles including social media promotion, marketing strategy and customer service management. I act as the customer service manager for Tsonga Australia (within Pearse brand group) and act as a general office and marketing manager for all other company interests.

In my role as a veterinary receptionist for an emergency clinic I have adapted to various administrative skills and Learnt to think on my feet in a fast paced environment. My communication skills have improved and the role has allowed me to grow into a more client based customer service role.

Experienced in a retail setting and gained a wide variety of skills particularly in communication, customer service and pet product sales.
