My role as elected secretary of the University of Susseex Biomedical Science Society involved the following:• Worked in a team to engage Biomedical Science and Biochemistry students with extracurricular elements of the course such as seminars and career workshops. • Delegated tasks to my fellow committee members to ensure events were organised and successful.• Developed administrative skills including corresponding with faculty as well as accurate note-taking during meetings. • Used social media to broadcast our events to students.
