At the end of 2014 I completed my University degree with a Bachelor of media, Major Journalism. My electives included English, Politics and History. Through out my degree I gained experience in broadcast Television, Radio and Online media platforms. My Bachelor of media degree included Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Politics and History. My courses included Media Policy and Media Law, Media Theory, Reporting Principles and Practice, Transforming Journalism: Advance Reporting Workshop, Reporting Across Digital Media Platforms, Applied Broadcast Television and Radio.At Radio my responsibilities included Producer, panellist, news and sport presenter and web editor. These roles consisted of finding, discussing and writing news scripts, finding and recording grabs and presenting live on air news bulletins every hour. At Radio Adelaide I learnt how to multi task in an extremely busy environment.At Port Adelaide Football Club I wrote and published articles for the clubs website whilst I attended media conferences. I also conducted research for the head of the media department to prepare him for meetings. My volunteering credits include Assistant choreographer for local High school Musical ‘Footloose’ A lot of hard work and hours of planning and rehearsals were given to create a highly successful performance. I worked extremely well with the staff and students in the musical and as a result I was able to use my creative expertise and help create an amazing show.
