Responsibilities:-Helping to develop and organise a computerised archiving system, aiding the firms transition from paper to digital. -Sorting a variety of archived and live case files. -Experience in shadowing client meetings, both in person and virtual, as well as the opportunity to write letters to clients. -Witnessed wills.Key Takeaway:-Doing work experience at Simper Law has provided me great insight into the daily workings of a law firm.-Archiving and sorting case files of a variety, ranging from wills/probate to litigation and medical negligence. This helped develop my understanding of the realities of law in practice and the magnitude of work that goes into each case.- A heightened understanding of the importance of client confidence and rapport.

As the Free School Meal Representative on the UEA Law Diversity and Equality Panel for 2020/2021, my main goal was to provide support to students from low income backgrounds.Made use of email and social medias to inform students of support and opportunities.

Worked as a packer and an online customer service representative.Gained valuable attention to detail and time-management skills.Experience in responding to emails, using live-chat and answering phone calls from customers, handling queries and complaints. This developed my problem solving, mitigation skills and communication.
