Demax Medical designs and manufactures medical devices used in interventional cardiology. It has a 4773 m2 ultra-modern facility, with 800m2 of Class 100K clean room and 600 m2 of Class 10K clean room equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from leading European brands for precision injection molding, extrusion, laser welding, balloon forming and quality inspection. All processes of manufacturing along with packaging, sterilization, in-process inspection, analytical and microbiological tests for quality analysis and control are conducted in- house, in demax self certified clean rooms. Five years ago, the plant transfered from Australia to China with head office including core team members in Australia.Demax Medical has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 international quality certifications for its complete quality management system. In compliance with ISO standards, Demax Medical persistently and effectively implements its comprehensive quality system from research and development to manufacturing and products delivery. Audited by TÜV Enterprise in Germany and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) of theDepartment of Health in Australia, all of our products possess CE marking and TGA Certification. In 2013, possessing Certificate of Korea GMP and Accreditation Certificate of Foreign Medical Device manufacturer in Japan, competitive product inflation device enters these two markets and occupy minimum1.5% market share. This year, Demax main market shifts to Europe like Germany and Russia from Iran and Turkey.
