Hi my name is Ella Smith and I am a Junior at Miami University studying Human Capital Management and Leadership in the Farmer School of Business, seeking a summer 2025 internship. I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills through my experience in and out of my classes. I have gained great knowledge about the business world and am eager to expand my learning during the rest of my time at Miami University. My most recent work experience consists of working for Prager Metis as a seasonal Tax Intern. I believe that my time there has provided me with a diverse skill set of problem solving, teamwork, time management as well as gave me more knowledge about the professional world. Additionally, I have experience working at a restaurant as a server as well as at the local beaches selling parking passes. I believe that my time working as a waitress has provided me with a great skill set. I have learned excellent customer service skills, developed my communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. My experience as a parking attendant I was able to have strong time management, sales skills and adaptability.Overall, my past experience reflects the skill set that I have for me to be successful going forward. My passion for continuous learning and growth.
