I am part of the Data Strategy Discovery project at MMPC as a UI/UX Designer and researcher. I conducted initial user interviews with business process owners to understand their pain points, needs, and requirements. Based on these insights, I documented user personas, capturing key characteristics and preferences.To ensure efficient and effective reporting, I designed wireframes for the reporting dashboard. These wireframes served as visual representations of the proposed layout and functionality. I incorporated user feedback and iterated on the designs to ensure they aligned with the users' expectations and needs.

Plans research aspects of design and user experience to add valuable insights to design processes. This includes measuring the user experience by collecting feedback, analyzing trends, card sorting and conducting usability testing.
