Founded and led "Carebears," a philanthropic organization dedicated to assembling and delivering essential care packages to migrant children living in impoverished border towns. Annually, we raise approximately $9,000 to fund 300+ care packages, each trip. As a now-legacy club at Menlo-Atherton High School, the club persists as an ongoing partner of the Calexico Unified School District, committed to serving these communities annually. I continue to attend and facilitate the trips to the border, while new members garner fundraising support throughout each school year.
