Talk to visiting prospective students and their families about varied degrees in the School of Theatre & Dance and what it means to be a member of the SOTAD family. Tasks include having lunch with the visitors, taking on building tours of the CTD, and accompanying them to sit in on Theatre & Dance classes.

Serve as a greeter and first point of contact for individuals walking into the office. Facility check-ins by communicating with office staff to ensure availability to speak with students. Enforce testing rules and serve as a proctor for in-office testing, then transport completed tests to the appropriate office on campus. Cover the front desk while the Supervisor is away by performing appropriate phone etiquette and answering questions.

Curate ideas for and execute promotional content for social media including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Create dramaturgical packets for the 12th season of shows and present information to children of all ages from 5-15 in a digestible manner while assisting with marketing materials as necessary for various productions. Responsible for marketing the Mainstage season, New Works, Cabarets, and all other Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre events. Utilize social media, physical media, email correspondence, community outreach, website, and any other promotional opportunity through an eye for graphic design and interpersonal connection. Aid in the 2024-2025 Season Selection Committee. Hold various production team roles including: - Company Liaison, In Transit (Spring 2024)

Scanned tickets upon patrons' arrival and provided guidance in navigating both the Paramount Theatre and Copley Theatre venues. Assisted with late seating procedures and monitored the audience during performances alongside Ushers to ensure compliance with rules. Participated in post-show cleanup activities and closing tasks as directed by the Lead Front of House Associate and Front of House Manager on duty.
