• In house sample cutting.• Coordinate fabric testing, Perform wash/steam/fuse tests • Prepare swatch books of current season fabrics for sales purposes if required.• Count in finished product for onshore and offshore production and inform ProductManager and / or Production Co-ordinator of any discrepancies.• Compile cuts for onshore manufacturing partners and ensure that all necessary rawmaterials and included in order to minimise production delays.• Deliveries and pickups from onshore manufacturing partners.• Assist with stock flow through the warehouse – ensure that all stock is processedcorrectly and in a timely manner to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.• Assist with quality control of all finished product to ensure that all finished goodsadhere to company standards and requirements prior to dispatch.• Assist with the repair of faulty stock from finished goods, stockists, and retail stores.• Assist with retail store and stockist allocations, invoicing stock out of ApparelMagic(PLM system) and into REX.• Pick and pack ECOM orders on a daily basis, ensuring that all online orders aredispatched in a timely manner and accuracy is maintained at all times.• Assist with ECOM stocktake and investigate any variances.• Co-ordinate the delivery of stock to Auckland stores on a weekly basis.
