Responsible for creating visually appealing and reader-friendly layouts for the UW Imprint's print and digital magazine editions. This role involves collaborating with editors, writers, photographers, and other designers to ensure that the content is presented in an engaging and coherent manner.

Collaborating closely with directors, I help shape the visual identity of Origins as a dance crew. Specializing in creating compelling visuals and designs for social media, event promotions, and marketing. My role extends to brand development, club outreach, photography/videography, and the creation of unique costumes and merchandise.

- Maintained a high level of productivity to deliver quality designs and Instagram posts to meet a tight deadline of 2-3 posts per week- Assisted with workshops and social events such as the Winter 2024 Dance Showcase, featuring over 10 Waterloo dance clubs and teams- Utilized industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- Supported creative director on design tasks and worked closely with marketing department to incorporate internal and external feedback

- Regularly participated in executive meetings, delivering department updates and summarizing analytical insights for improvements on future initiatives- Collaborated cross-functionally with graphic designers and content researchers to develop content schedules, marketing strategies and campaigns- Conceptualized and executed designs to market STEM-related initiatives through email, social media, and content, resulting in over 1,100 hackathon signups and consistent webinar attendances

Worked with other members and directors to maximize the effectiveness and reach of our initiatives. In this position, I managed a team consisting of graphic designers and social media coordinators. I also created promotional and informative content relating to our numerous STEM-related webinars, workshops, and events.

- Critically assessed daily operation of rides in Action Zone to improve on the area’s safety and efficiency in a fast paced and high-pressure environment. - Completed administrative paperwork related to guest injuries, daily operations, and employee performance- Trained team leads and associates on ride procedures, adherence to protocols, and leadership to ensure associates continually strived to exceed operational goals- Cultivated a memorable and supportive work environment by by fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and communication

Worked alongside my Supervisor and Team Lead partner as Speed City Raceway's supervisory team in the Medieval Faire area. Was responsible for employee development, management of the crew, guest conflict resolution, and ensuring the safety of both associates and guests.
