Eso es lo que se cuece aquíEspai EGG nació de la necesidad de crear un nuevo espacio colaborativo para acoger a otros autónomos y emprendedores del mundo de la cocina, que, como nosotros, quieren sacar adelante un proyecto personal y único. En Espai EGG queremos compartir nuestros valores: cuidar el medio ambiente, respetar el trabajo de los chefs, cuidar el producto, pero sobre todo, poner por delante la comida y el disfrute de nuestros clientes.Espai EGG es un lugar en el Raval donde se cuecen cosas. El local está gestionado por los dueños Ella y Alberto, que, junto a otros chefs y creadores, comparten y enseñan para contribuir a la creación de un espacio completamente vivo. Nos gusta la vida slow, las cosas bien hechas, con cariño y dedicación y creemos en la economía realmente colaborativa. Bajo nuestro techo, se juntan chefs profesionales, principiantes y amantes de la buena cocina.Acogemos eventos públicos y privados, colaboramos con el café Morning Glory y compartimos nuestra co-kitchen con otros proyectos culinarios.
