As a showroom consultant at Totem Road, my role includes, informing clients on the furniture brand ethos and how to sustainably source products for their projects, strong communication skills and furniture production and design knowledge.Key Responsibilities:- Product knowledge such as dimensions, design features and the manufacturing process.- Communicating with clients and helping them meet their brief by providing interior design and styling knowledge- Working with trade customers by quoting spec sheets- Excellent customer service in the showroom as well as on the phone and via email - Working with a team to meet monthly targets- Communication with the warehouse and external delivery partners regarding customer orders and delivery - Manually fulfilling customer orders and sending them to the warehouse
