Scheduled and completed one-on-one check-ins with each team member on a weekly basis. Ensured team’s work fell within Cho-Yeh’s brand guidelines and evaluated their work for marketing potential. Handled parent requests and complaints, addressing issues and needs in a timely manner. Edited staff recap videos on Premiere Pro.

Served as a photographer on Camp Cho-Yeh's Media Team. Followed a different age group each week to their activities, capturing a shot of each kid every day. Sorted and edited all photos each day in Adobe Lightroom Classic and uploaded to Campanion App for parents to view. Received real-time feedback from parents and supervisors to implement solutions quickly.

Worked as an Office Assistant for the Alvin ISD Athletics offices. Primarily assisted in clerical work, such as filing paperwork, creating spreadsheets, and managing coaches’ files, as well as tan in-district errands. Contributed to the preparation for Coaches’ Inservice by creating nametags, sign-in sheets, and directory signs. Organized the Alvin ISD High School Athletic Leadership Conference, designing the event logo, creating seating charts and nametags, assisting with last minute changes, and taking and posting photos to the company's Twitter.

As an Ambassador for VYPEU, a program within VYPE Media that allowed for high school students to gain hands-on experience with sports reporting, I wrote several articles for the VYPE website with included action shots. My first year, I focused on the journalism side of sports reporting, then shifted to live reporting and interviews my second year. Additionally, I was a co-host of the VYPEU Podcast, where we filmed weekly episodes discussing the current stories in Texas high school sports.
