As a Field Office Student Assistant aboard the Fall 2024 Semester at Sea voyage, I play a key role in supporting the logistical and customer service operations of the Field Office. My responsibilities include:- Assisting voyagers with Field Program selection and registration.- Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering guidance about on-shore excursions, activities, and events.- Coordinating logistics and ensuring clear communication between students, staff, and program leaders.- Helping facilitate smooth and enriching experiences for voyagers during our global travel adventure.This role allows me to develop hands-on skills in hospitality, tourism management, and event coordination while traveling to various countries as part of this unique educational program.
