👋🏼 Hi, I’m Ella (she/her)In all areas of life I am passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion and I am committed to helping shape workplace culture to ensure that everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day. My passion is working with organisations to design, build, and integrate targeted DEI strategies to ensure that inclusion is at the core of employee experience. I'm experienced in leading the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, action plans and programs as well as partnering and providing DEI expert advice to key stakeholders at all levels. I thrive when working with Senior Leaders to translate DEI subject matter expertise and lead best practice advice on Gender Equality, Disability & Accessibility and LGBTIQA+ inclusion and First Nations Engagement. In the past I have worked in P&C teams as a HR generalist which has given me valuable experience in change management, organisational design, job analysis, advisory, policy and EA interpretation, and strategic workforce planning. In addition to this I have a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in HRM from Deakin University and Advanced Diplomas in HRM and Business Management.
