I founded Sunshine Cafe & Yoga on a love of living a healthy lifestyle, for mind, body and soul. Our work centres around mindful movement, self-exploration, healthy nourishment and commitment to our inner-work.After graduating from Falmouth University, I worked as a fashion, sports and lifestyle photographer for two years, before travelling around the world for another couple of years. I have come from a very creative background and this infuses into everything I do now, continuing my photography work part-time.
