My responsibilities included marketing strategy planning, content production, and social media and website management. In addition to this, acquiring new customers and developing the customer experience on the Prönö platform.

I was the first employee at the startup, where we develop the Prönö platform. In cooperation with brand, strategy and product development agencies, the platform was launched in the summer of 2020. My responsibilities included the design and implementation of the CRM system, customer experience, marketing and user communications.

Developing the company’s communication and marketing strategy. Preparing online marketing campaigns on different platforms and creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Master's Thesis: "Account-based Marketing (ABM) in Industrial Enterprises"

My responsibility was run the brand strategy in the Finnish market and plan the strategic marketing activities. I was the first employee hired for the role, so it was my responsibility to create the marketing and communication strategy from scratch, including social media, content production, websites, and take care of community communication. In addition, I designed and organized a professional event for more than 1,000 members.EGN Finland is a strategic professional network – part of the international Excecutives' Global Network (EGN). EGN has provided strategic networking for business executives and experts since 1992, and has today over 14,000 members, representing more than 8,000 companies and 70 professions.
