Since young, I've stayed at quite a number of hotels with my family. With every visit, I got more and more curious about all the behind-the-scenes work hotels put in to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, always coming back for more. That is why I decided to pursue a Diploma in this field of Hospitality and Tourism Management, to be able to learn as much as I could about this line of work and maybe one day, I'll be able to put smiles on peoples' faces too.Serving people is my passion but some may ask: "There are so many service-related jobs, why this one?" Well, I could only describe it as being in Disneyland where all the magic happens without anyone noticing but at the same time when guests come and go smiling, it gives me a huge sense of satisfaction.I am excited for what the future holds and to achieve my goals soon.
