As an Assistant Account Executive, I assist in organizing yearly strategic local advertising plans for markets in the Southeast region. I communicate daily with franchisees to address current needs, budget updates, and upcoming advertising. I manage various budgets, creative, invoicing and individual franchisee requests for markets in the Central and Southeast regions. I ensure timely delivery of all media to various markets including print, radio, TV, outdoor and digital.

I create social media strategies to be implemented when writing social media content for client social media channels. Using analytics, I am able to see the success of each post and gather insights as to what is resonating with the client's target audience. I work on various research projects, media planning tasks, and organizational duties around the agency. I work closely under Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure that all client deadlines are met. I am able to sit in on weekly client status calls and internal team meetings with agency members in order to learn the interactions between the agency and the client.

Jacht Ad Lab is a student-run advertising agency. As an Account Executive for Jacht, I was able to put communication, organization and leadership skills to the test. I communicated daily with numerous real-life clients as well as all members of my team. I put together contracts, proposals, and creative briefs for clients that helped them and the creative team stay on the same page. The clients I was responsible for during my time at Jacht were; Atir Cycles, University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union and the College of Journalism and Mass Communications.

As a Student Brand Manager for Abstract Union, I was seen as the "pulse keeper." I created social media content for various platforms. Once this content was shared, I was in charge of recording the reach and frequency in order to optimize the future content. I also doubled as a Student Ambassador, spreading awareness about various upcoming events through my own personal social media handles, as well as generating buzz through word-of-mouth marketing.
