Contract Sales Manager
CurrentI manage the sales departments across the three Parkwood Leisure Centres in the Uttlesford District, driving sales and consistently exceeding targets. Streamlining sales processes and overseeing their training across all departments to maximise potential. I am also the Social Media Manager, executing central marketing initiatives and my own through content creation and planning, including graphic design generation. Through these channels and others, I work on building community engagement whilst also identifying new corporate outreach channels to build rapport and business growth. Providing excellent customer service to better the customer experience and enhance retention. Assisting in day-to-day operations running of the centre and stepping in as duty manager when required.
