Under the political division of the league, I assist in the processing of candidate profiles. This includes cataloging questionnaires and writing profiles for candidates interested in endorsements.

In the role I coordinate logistics of school meal service, manage the procurement, distribution, organization and inventory of school supplies, manage and coordinate technology and data support, and assist in event planning and family engagement, while building relationships with scholars to facilitate a positive school culture. Technology and Data Management:I support the preparation, execution, and processing of internal and state assessments. Serve as a point of contact for basic technology issues for staff and scholars and coordinate with an external technology support organization. As well as support the meticulous maintenance of internal and external student information databases with relevant biographical and family contact information. All while ensuring that systems, protocols and policies are well documented and easily accessibleEvents and Family Engagement: As the Operations Coordinator, I assist in planning logistics and execution of school field trips and family engagement events. Additionally, I assist the Operations team in establishing and maintaining positive experiences for current and prospective families, including support of new scholar enrollment. As well as assist in the management and implementation of a school-wide family communications plan supportive of the native languages of all families.
