CurrentIn my current role I lead the informatics function for Moorfields' service improvement department which includes:• Providing informatics support and guidance across a range of improvement projects• Development of metrics, reports and dashboards using a range of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI)• Scoping new methods and technologies to use in service improvement• Line management of 2 senior information analysts• Performing ad-hoc SQL queries • Project management - delivery lead for Patient Initiated Follow-up (PIFU) projectAdditionally, in 2024 I was seconded 3 days a week to our EPR implementation and I took over management of a team of 7 DDaT apprentices to support the programme.I remain active in research, contributing towards papers and clinical audits at Moorfields.I also served as staff governor for Moorfields City Road site from 2018-2021.Training and CPD:Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) Practitioner course Train-the-trainer demand and capacity programmeDigital Health Summer Schools 2022 and 2023
