CurrentMy key responsibilities at Nitor are:- to take care of Nitor's Software Development recruitments, this means interviews, candidate communication and making sure that we have talent pools and candidates in our recruitment funnel- talent acquisition, sourcing and attracting future Nitoreans in different channels and events- co-operation with different universities, planning events with student organisations like TKO-äly and TiK. - candidate experience development- employer Branding activities, defining and surveying Nitor's employee value proposition, planning long-term EB activities and strategies and operative tasks like writing blogs and career stories, boosting Nitor's employer brand in social media- recruitment marketing, writing job adds and social media posts, creating targeted marketing campaigns, tight co-operation with our marketing department
