It was great to be invited to work with the AIS events management team again to present 'Alice in the Spring Festival' 2024.😊My main roles were:- Applying for funding and event licenses,- Worked with and oversaw all 8 event groups events and creating the all encompassing festival event management plan,- Digital and external marketing, working with hundreds of local groups, whats on guides, local schools, radios, clubs and more.- Created a promotional reel and different adverts to target our specific chosen demographics.
