As a salesperson/retail coordinator at NAPA Auto Parts, I excelled at exceeding customer service expectations, handled major commercial transactions, and built personable relationships with priority customers. I also mediated communication between customers and coworkers, dispatched employees to various delivery locations, and processed price changes and inventory adjustments.
