Helping our customers with a whole host of queries regarding renting & lending on HURR.My role has included:Educating and guiding customers through the renting and lending experience.Managing multiple channels of customer correspondence to ensure smooth rentals across all of our platforms both internally and for our partnering brands.Providing extensive feedback for the wider HURR teams, ensuring platform improvements, feature updates and general performance updates.Ensuring that performance targets are met within the team, through feedback and reports, as well as active discussions.Supporting the wider teams through events such as our sample sale, photoshoots, and community events.Attending Marketing meetings, keeping informed and involved in the communications form HURR.Monitoring and managing Quality Assessment checks within our operational teams by providing timely feedback and solutions to ensure quality control is at it's best.Supporting with social media account, by producing content and monitoring engagement.
