-Maintaining accounting records for 8 legal entities (Private healthcare business located in the UK) in QuickBooks Online & Xero;-Monthly billing and control of the funds receipts from private and public funders;-Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices;-Performing timely and correct month-end closing, calculating month-end adjustments (prepaids, accruals);-Preparation of consolidated PL, BS and CF Statements for the group and reporting to management and banks on a monthly basis;-Preparation of financial models and projections for potential lenders;-Support of M&A analytics and integration of new assets.Significantly improved the reporting & accounting procedures across the group including switching from cash-basis to accrual-basis accounting and shortening month-close period from 6 working days to 3 working days. I have developed and introduced KPI tracking system and set up monthly reporting packs which helped to present company performance in a more visual and accurate way. I also automated some of the routine procedures and introduced consolidated spreadsheets which helped to automate all billing & revenue calculations across the group.
