In this role, I am capturing photos and videos to represent Multnomah University as a brand and as a community. As well as web design/website updates for the main site using Wordpress. After a year in my videography/photography position, I was promoted to Lead Marketing Coordinator. The purpose of my role as a Lead Marketing Coordinator is to assign the marketing team employees tasks and to make sure they get completed in a timely manner. I take photos and videos of the events, edit them on LRC and Adobe Premiere, and get them released in a timely manner.I also do website updates and web design for the main website of Multnomah University

I had the opportunity to be an assistant coach for the talented RTC 2012 female soccer players. In this role I learned how to communicate with parents and guardians, I learned how organize practice and time manage, and I also learned how to lead multiple people at one time.

Summer of 2022, I got the opportunity to work for Chicago Eagles. During the two months I coached young leaders from the ages 4-15. There were three different age groups, and I was blessed to get experience in all three. As a coach I learned how to make game/practice plans, communicate with family members, and lead young followers. During the summer camps I also got to share the gospel with the kids through sports. Having the opportunity to spread the word of God through sports was a blessing that I will always cherish and have a desire to continue to do. I learned how to manage my time efficiently, how to be a great leader, and I learned how to problem solve.

In this role, I was in charge of marketing for Multnomah University Womens soccer social media platforms. I increased the leads by eight. I was also in charge of connecting potential future players to the staff and coaches. I learned the importance of time management and being organized.

During this internship I got the opportunity to facilitate three photo shoots for the purpose of creating content for online presence and I incorporated new marketing techniques to increase brand awareness. In this role I learned the importance of networking and planning.

In this role I had the responsibility of managing a group of diverse people and I also got to manage inventory numbers. I learned how to stay calm as a leader in a position that required fast pace preparation.
