• Development of new marketing opportunities in a relevant markets and Customers relation management;• Full responsibility for preparedness, writing and editing of a sales, marketing and advisory agreements and contracts while functioning as a part of the negotiation team;• Tenders and RFP’s responsibility while main attention refer to the commercial and financial terms and conditions and producing of relevant legal documents;• Projects planning and actuation of the manufacturing processes while acting as contractual supervision; • Management of Spare Parts projects for IDF and the shutdown process for the "drowsy" Soltam's project;• Working jointly with lawyer’s and notary’s offices and in front of varied embassies. • Foreign supplier's management in FMF & USSP Procurement processes.• Overseas vendors Contract Management;• Import / Export management (USA & Germany);• Organization & Methodologies: Process improvement and establishing of Data Base while managing the change;

• Customer’s contract and foreign vendors agreement management while acting as contractual and process supervision;• Responsibility for producing, writing and editing of the RFP’s and their submission (part of the negotiation team);• CRM, including coordination and logistics, associated with a company’s marketing expositions arrangements on the Customer site;• Self-instruction of the Customer regulations and issuing the Guide-book; working jointly with lawyer’s offices and in front of the embassy;• Working jointly with international forwarders and customs agency.• Configuration management for the Project documents, including establishing, management and supervision.
