• Set up the Banner SIS in preparation for online registration and other enrollment and registration processes• Provide course maintenance for multiple curricula including but not limited to setting up new courses, restrictions, making changes to existing courses, and maintaining grade books• Perform or assist with the registrar enrollment reporting process; engage department personnel in meeting deadlines and maintaining operational timelines• Troubleshoot Banner issues related to user access, course registration, grade books, academic history, and transcripts• Spearhead and supervise data clean-up processes in the Student Module; assure colleagues are monitoring the weekly data quality report and maintaining a high level of data integrity• Coordinate Banner implementations of new releases or patches; create testing scripts and engage colleagues and offices that are impacted by upgrade or enhancement• Act as Banner subject matter expert and provide training to colleagues on existing functionality and new functions; develop training aids and procedural guides to assist colleagues in performing tasks correctly• Interact with colleagues to review current practices and identify opportunities for process improvement; serve as the liaison between the business and IT developers during system enhancement initiatives, and strive to define solutions, compile business requirements, document benefits, and identify return on investment • Collaborate with campus administration on developing metric and analytical reporting tools for campus operational activities; write and run ad hoc reports from Banner as necessary• Liaise with the Admissions team, Financial Aid Office, Clinical Office, Student Services, Campus and/or Corporate IT, and other offices that need assistance with student information and data• Awards: Ron Taylor Award, 2018

• Served as subject matter expert for the Banner Student Information System; assisted the business in studying current practices and writing improved procedures. • Documented business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications for future projects• Collaborated with system developers to assure all business requirements were met and tested• Worked with the business to assure proper acceptance testing and deployment of modifications to the production database; created testing scripts and test populations, and provided guidance to business functional users for validating changes made to software/process• Created training guides and procedural documentation for modifications; supported and trained new and continuing users on system processes, and resolved issues that arose during daily operation• Contributed to the Epsilon program (SIS Review and Improvement Project) review of current processes within the three AGE universities in order to define future state processes

Perform all system work for Banner SIS for the Registrar's Office. Primarily manage the course catalog, registration configuration, attrition reporting, enrollment reconciliation , scheduling and registration for Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Act as the liaison between IT staff and functional users. In addition to administration of the Banner SIS I have functional and business analysis of various departments.Have a very extensive knowledge base of several Banner modules, particularly student and financial aid.
