I am a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority where we work to raise money and awareness for the philanthropy of "Breast Cancer." I have met many other like-minded individuals through joining this sorority.

- Use QuickBooks and Promas to track finances- Create P&Ls and Cash Flow Statements for commercial properties- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations- Update property listing information and insurance changes using sites such as Costar and LoopNet- Analyze leases and create lease abstracts/term sheets for tenants while identifying CAM responsibilities- Participate in property tours and client meetings, gaining exposure to negotiations and client relationships

I am a volunteer tutor at Sanders Clyde Elementary school in Charleston, South Carolina. I tutor two students ever week on various topics in the elementary math curriculum.
