Working under Peter's Creative Direction, I produced all yardage designs, placement prints and packaging for Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear and Giftware at Peter Alexander Sleepwear. This also included creating CADs and Visual Merchadising elements. The role also comprised a large amount of Licensed work design and management, such as collaborations with Disney and Warner Bros. Time management, creative collaboration and idea generation was integral to the role, with ranges produced on a weekly basis.

Enthusiastically working as a jack-of-all-trades I worked as Design and Marketing Manager and PA to the Director in this boutique brand. The role involved managing and producing all product and packaging in the home and giftware brand including but not limited to graphic design, marketing, styling, social media and assisting the Director. The graphic design component included product, packaging design and finished art as well as web design, producing and collating marketing material and creating paper craft for photo shoots and events. The marketing role involved liaising and negotiating with the press, assisting in photo shoots, event coordination, PR coordination, design and administration of marketing, social media and advertising material. As head creative, I have also lead brand proposals and presentations to major retailers involved in new product lines, such as Big W. Latest collaborations in my time at Cristina Re Designs included some of Australia’s most reputable organisations such as Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, Flemington Spring Racing Carnival, The National Trust, Camp Quality, The Grand Hyatt and Australia’s Next Top Model - Foxtel Network. www.cristinare.com

The Letter Shed offered custom hand crafted stationery, signage and decor for weddings, special celebrations, home or business. In 2011 I won the Fabrica Design award at agIdeas International Design Conference for my work in typography and conceptual work, taking me to the Fabrica Design Research facility in Treviso, Italy.Fabrica is a communication research centre. It is based in Treviso, Italy, and is an integral part of the Benetton Group. Beginning as work experience during her last year of study, the position grew to casual work. Ellesse assisted the team at David Lancashire Design in projects such as Ocean Spray cranberries packaging, Icograda Design Week promotional stands and screen designs for Cranbourne botanical gardens.
