Senior Finance Business Partner to the Strategic Business Development and PBH departments, responsible for providing meaningful and accurate analysis to support commercial decision making in the business. My role includes developing business cases for new opportunities and presenting these to the leadership team for approval, reviewing underlying finances and profitability of current contracts, ensuring that the performance of contracts is accurately reflected in the management accounts and provides accurate insight for future commercial opportunities.

Senior Finance Business Partner supporting the Engineering line area responsible for maintenance of aircraft engines. Managing team of 2 Finance Analysts to perform month end processes and control budget of £0.5bn. Key member of management team instrumental in negotiation of maintenance contracts with suppliers and strategic decisions on acquisitions and disposals of aircraft and engines.

Supporting business partners in the Engineering Department including Heavy Maintenance facilities in Glasgow and Heathrow, Component Overhaul facilities at Heathrow and the Quality & Training dept. Managing 1 Finance Analyst to perform monthly reporting on combined budget of £150m and supporting the business with strategic decisions on intake of work, infrastructure business cases and retaining labour rates that are competitive with the external market.

Pull together business case finances for fleet decisions and lead project control.Liaise with other departments to ensure timely receipt of accurate financial data to assist with the provision of financial analysis.
