From hour-long commutes to realizing my purpose, my path has been paved with moments of introspection and growth. Using my academic foundation and insights from places like the John Maxwell Team and Mind Body Food Institute, I've been fortunate to find my space in holistic, intentional living and how that contributes to our personal growth. ✨Life is about change, and that staying adaptable is the true essence of growth.Life isn’t compartmentalized into ‘work’ and ‘not work’; it's a continuous journey. My program, Free, Fulfilled, and Fabulous, aims to help women worldwide find a personal, spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation echoing the idea that we receive abundance from many areas of our lives. It is not just financial but emotional and spiritual too—we can only receive it fully when we show up attentively to everything around us and within us.Having relocated countries, I’ve felt the challenges and joys it brings. This inspired the creation of the Women of the World Network®. It’s our corner to share stories of resilience and hope, network with women representing 22 countries, appreciate each other's company with the added joy of seeing our anthologies recognized.
