• Developed a Python function app for enhanced fraud detection by analyzing flight manifests and notifying security teams of risky bookings using a risk scale, significantly mitigating financial risks and enhancing booking system integrity.• Co-developed a Swift app for ground staff, streamlining flight operation reporting and enhancing data reliability. • Executed the integration of staff data to a new employee travel app, simplifying the management of employee profiles and eliminating manual data entry.• Improved reporting processes by automating 80% of ECATS reports efforts, slashing the time requirement from 16 monthly hours to one and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards.• Initiated and managed the deployment of an enterprise-wide Power BI app, designing and maintaining a suite of dashboards and reports. This allows customers to achieve a variety of self service functions including finding information about customer bookings, resending of boarding passes, and checking if a customer was qualified for reimbursement. This integration involved connecting to a variety of systems using REST APIs from other systems for retrieval of information, leveraging both Azure Function Apps and Azure Data Factory for additional integrations.
