Highly relational administrative role for a growing physical therapy practice. Designed a prospective patient management system and booked new patients through persistent professional follow-up via email, text and phone. Managed communication with doctor's offices to ensure plans of care were returned within the appropriate timeline.

Jumped into an admin role to help coordinate the final pieces of CCDA's annual conference. Managed the Conference Director's calendar, helped organize and communicate locations for service projects, and designed some event branding.

Provided custom calligraphy and graphic design for weddings and other events including stationery, envelope addressing, signage and programs. Taught beginner and intermediate brush lettering workshops for individuals and groups.

Recruited student leaders, trained them in cross-cultural relationship building and strategic event planning. Created large-scale events with volunteers and student coordinators to welcome international students to the campus. Taught communication workshops to 250+ students. Behind the scenes: Raised capital for the ministry through personal invitations and large group presentations. Maintained detailed records of expenses, contacts, event plans, and training resources.
