"Harriet the Spy" was my bible when I was a little girl. I copied her by spying on my neighbors and writing down what I observed in a little notebook, as well as noting questions their behaviors triggered. I even spent an entire summer eating nothing but tomato sandwiches. Today, I still "spy" on people; although these days, clients give me their permission to ask questions to problem solve and aid in solutions.Being a multi-linguist of technology-driven business, I focus on understanding my client's needs, which equals fewer missteps, and fewer missteps equals more money in their pocket. I'm an extension of their team and will do whatever is necessary to drive home productivity. Not only am I digitally savvy, my proficiency in all Microsoft applications is superb, coupled with a typing speed of nearly 95 wpm at near perfect accuracy. I am a data entry dynamo, and a self professed nerd that loves to devour new information. I am devoted to uncovering unique and compelling ways that people are using a product, service, solution or technique, and revel in knowing that I can help hundreds of others solve the same pain points. Needless to say, I'm an operational savant, tenacious researcher, and digital geek with precise attention to detail.Learning is an integral part of growing. My aspirations are to continue crafting my passions: building interpersonal relationships, understanding human psychology, and proving that a child's success in life shouldn't be dictated by their zip code.
