We have a dynamic team that is willing to support educational agencies around the world build effective and efficient inclusive practices that will support the builiding of inclusive environments across the globe. As of January 2014, we have developed a partnership with Macomb Academy in Clinton Twp. MI. They will join the Pontiac Academy for Excellence in our work supporting the learning for all students. We provide all special education staffing for PAE and are excited about both partners.We also work with districts to provide special education system analysis. We look at the current system, assess the culture and how effective & effiecient they are in meeting the needs of their students with disabilities. We look at ways to reduce the cost while still meeting the mandates.We have developed a superior management company that will work with charters and academies in the areas of Special Education, Educational Finance and the area of Security & Risk Management.

Beaver Island Community School (BICS) is a PreK-12th grade public school system located on Beaver Island in northern Lake Michigan. BICS has a strong tradition of academic excellence and caring.
