I began as a "bouncer" in which I worked the children birthday parties. After six months I began supervising the parties, catering to the needs of the employees, the business, the adults, and the children. I answered phones, booked events, set-up/cleaned-up events, ordered the food for each party, ran the register, made sure that each party ran smoothly and on time, and trained employees. As a manager, I opened and closed, dealt with concerns or problems, as well as the above described duties.
