• Responsible for the demand planning of Kärcher machines in South America;• Responsible for the implementation of Kärcher's global initiatives for end-to-end supply chain in South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia);• Support to the subsidiaries in topics related to master data, parameters and S&OP process;• Regional SAP APO support;• Contact with international suppliers (Germany and China) regarding availability, orders and forecast;• Responsible for reports, graphs and monthly KPIs;• Track of KPIs like: sales accuracy, overstock and availability;• Utilization of SAP modules MM/PP/SD.

• Responsible for Measuring Tools' Demand Planning and Inventory Management in Latin America (10 countries);• Responsible for the S&OP process with Latin America’s countries (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico and Central America);• Contact with international suppliers (Germany, China, Panama and Malaysia) and track of purchase orders from origin until destination;• Overstock and stockout analysis together with sales team;• Feasibility analysis for airfreight;• Responsible for reports, graphs and monthly KPI’s;• Track of Forecast Accuracy;• Master data parameters to best fit the manufacturing process and ABC classification;• Strategies to reduce stock without impact in customer’s satisfaction;• Utilization of SAP modules MM/PP/SD;• International business trips to get closer with internal customer, identify process improvements and solutions to the unmet needs.

• Support in the demand planning for Measuring Tools in Europe, Africa and middle East;• Proxy for demand planners during their vacations and absence;• Root cause analysis for unavailability of products;• Stock allocation for critical items;• Register of new items in SAP;• Creation of KPI’s and preparation of the materials used in the S&OP process;• Open orders analysis;• Visual communication for the logistics department.

• Support on projects and logistics reports for Power Tools organization in Latin America;• Creation and analysis of KPI’s like: Service Level, Supply Chain Costs and Overstock;• Contact with IT team to solve SAP issues related to the reports; • Data extraction and creation of analysis models using BI;• Preparation of internal events.

• Weekly contact with carriers and truck drivers from several States of Brazil, in order to gather information of truck freight rates (mainly for soy and corn) and market outlook;• Upload and analysis of data, reporting of findings;• Monthly report with data analysis and market outlook.* 6 months interruption due to ERASMUS Exchange Program (Aug/2014 - Jan/2015)
