Responsibilities:● Oversee the compliance activities of 30+ Xylem locations in North and South America● Lead and direct team of 7 regional Trade Compliance professionals with the Americas region● Act as the primary point of contact to government agencies, including US Department of Commerce, US Customs & Border Protection, Canada Border Services Agency, Global Affairs Canada and Office of Foreign Asset Control● Determine strategy and regional objectives for trade compliance team● Oversee trade program implementation for all new regional Xylem acquisitions● Supervise Xylem’s regional brokerage network including all new broker onboarding qualifications● Interface with Xylem regional executives to provide Trade Compliance risk overview & updates
