Hi, I'm Ellen (she/her). I’m currently working as the Apprentice Church Buildings Officer, where I support the conservation and development of historic church buildings for the Church of England. My role allows me to combine my passion for theology with my interest in heritage conservation, helping a team in preserving these important community spaces.Alongside this role, I am also an accredited Humanist Chaplain with Humanists UK. In this capacity, I provide non-religious pastoral care and support through the process of active listening and compassion. I approach all of my work with a focus on inclusivity and a deep respect for all beliefs and none.
