Led an adventure summer camp hosting up to 96 young people aged 8-19. This included managing a volunteer team to ensure all camp duties were carried out, from normal daily routine and overnight supervision to arranging emergency transport and care of campers. It also required liaison with activity providers, hostel staff, partner organisations (e.g. RAF, NDCS) and parents/guardians.

Contributed to set up, pack down and maintenance of camp for the two month period. Delivered a range of outdoor activity sessions to groups of 15 NCS participants (16-17 years old), maximising enjoyment and team work aspects while ensuring safety.
