Oversee HR Data and Information Management for 2nd largest school district in Arizona. Responsibilities have included HR Records and File Room, New Hire Processing, Class & Comp, Website, ERP Design and Implementation, Queries, FOIA Requests, Contracts, Performance Mgmt Tracking, Reporting and Analysis of various employee demographics for internal and external use.

Responsible for all HR functions at local state prison complex, with over 1400 employees. Advised executive staff and supervisors regarding HR issues; led HR team through organizational downsizing (from 7 staff to 3) and other budgetary changes.
