I am particularly well-trained in a style of group facilitation that is especially designed for working with controversial subjects. My eight plus years includes experience with group size from 2 to 25. Arenas of topic include Race Relations, Political Dialogues, Community Relations, and more. My greatest interest is in the area of Racial Justice. In this vein I have facilitated upwards of sixty groups between Police and Community members, Police and Youth, High school students and administrations, High schools and their communities, and many community groups who met to discuss issues of racial discriminatory treatment.
