My passion is supporting people to fulfil their potential, whatever that means to them, and the ripple effect that has on society and the world. Since 2013 I have been working with elite professional dancers when they transition into new careers on retirement. I also specialise in supporting parents returning to work and motor racers retiring from competition.I am a certified Relational Dynamics Coach with Distinction, providing one-to-one personal and career development coaching and group workshops. In 2019 I gained a place on the Clore Leadership Programme's Leadership Intensive course.I have worked on a one-to-one basis with over 700 people, supporting them through the emotional and practical aspects of this major life change. The careers they have transitioned into range from helicopter pilots and scuba diving instructors to accountants and photographers, and everything in between.My specialism is supporting people through major changes in their lives and careers.
