I am a professionally licensed and insured Yoga Therapist and Natural Healer and have been a student, teacher and practitioner of ancient healing modalities for over 10 years. Prior to finding my true path, I was employed in sales/marketing within the medical and wellness industry. I enjoy combining my formal training with empathic instinct to focus on specific somatic patient issues as well as providing them with healing for homeostasis. I also strive to make a difference in my community through yoga ministry outreach and donated professional services. In my spare time I enjoy playing and working with animals, being in the woods, reading and cooking.
