Managed all aspects of relationships between The School for Field Studies and around 100 unique colleges and universities in the northeastern United States. With the goal of maximizing student enrollment in SFS programs, I identified mutually beneficial goals and crafted strategies to build broad coalitions of support across campuses. Year-after-year, I increased the portfolio of active institutional partnerships and increased student enrollment in SFS programs.

Managed the day-to-day administration of all outgoing and incoming semester-long study abroad programs in Carlson School of Management, including student programs, course registration, academics, admission, housing, visa procedures, and daily advising of all current and potential semester-long study abroad students. Initiated and implemented promotion strategy and designed all related communication materials. As part of the small Global Immersion team, represented the Carlson School to current and prospective exchange partners and their affiliates (e.g., Carlson campus visits, site visits at partner schools, professional conferences) and was actively involved in local, regional and national professional organizations.

As an integral part of a small international non-profit organization, managed the day-to-day functions of international and domestic "host" organizations and vendors, including 40+ staff. Directed the effective application of existing program management tools and processes, while creativity and problem-solving allowed the continued work of unique volunteer-driven economic and human development projects around the world.
